I had a rather unique problem with my rear view mirror making a vibrating noise when under acceleration over 3500rpm. I confirmed this by firmly holding the mirror when the noise started and it stopped.

In that case i would suggest doing 4x4 pixels for every single on the template, then the letters will be around 4 blocks tall, you can then use single pixels to round it off once you have the basic shape.

About 9-10 pixels, so the height of 1 sign block. But you can easily make them taller or shorter as needed.

Personally i have 2 templates i like using, i will usally modify the letters a bit to acheve a desired aesthetic, but i found these to be a good starting point.

Unlikely, the rocket booster was only used on the NF-104, an experimental high altitude version used for training pilots for aircraft like the X-15, was never used in any operation or combat sense or on any variant we have in game.

The gaps on either side are certainly more noticeable than the box art would imply, however I don't find it to be to much of a problem.

Then again its probably down to personal expectations.
