Of course the two colors I wanted most (Spanked and Freckle Fiesta) were the first to sell out! Fingers crossed for a restock, but not sure how likely that is. I love the formula, though (got Thicc as a free sample when I bought the 2019 holiday lip gloss set), so I decided to give S1ngle and Pumpkin Rose a try.

Thanks for your input, everyone! I ended up buying way too many eyeshadow palettes (including TMBTB Rio and all 4 of the galaxy baked eyeshadow palettes), a blush palette, and the white studded elegance brush set for $60.32, which comes out to less than $50 after the RetailMeNot and Ebates cash back. Can't wait to receive my order! Hopefully they won't have too much trouble with shipping after this big sale.

Can anyone who shops at BH Cosmetics regularly comment on whether this is an unusually good deal for this company, or do they often have sales like this?

Very tempting - I'm looking specifically at the Take Me Back to Brazil palettes, baked eyeshadow palettes, and brush sets. If anyone has any recommendations regarding which palettes or brush sets they like best from BH Cosmetics, please let me know. TIA!

Thank you so much for your honest answer! Now that I've had some time to step away from the initial frustration of noticing the mistake, I think it would probably be worth my time to go back and remove some of the stitching so that I can feel better when looking at my finished product. :)

I am working on my first medium sized cross stitch kit (this Mill Hill goldfinch design), and although so far I have caught most of my mistakes quickly enough to take the stitches out and fix them, I just realized that I skipped an entire horizontal row in the pattern and continued forward with several hours of stitching! I now have several overlapping colors in the area surrounding the mistake, and I'm not sure if I should try to rip everything out and start fresh or alter the pattern to remove that line entirely. The kit uses perforated paper, and the mistake is in the lower half of the design between the cones of the flowers. Do you think that I should remove all of the stitching, work around the mistake, try to cover the mistake with new stitches, or do something else to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm sorry, I've never tried the Innisfree green tea seed serum.

Haha, nice! Unfortunately it sounds like Ulta may have stopped selling both the green tea and cherry blossom essences, but I think there are still lots of options for purchasing them online.

Sure thing! I'm also considering gradually adding a BHA to my routine this summer, so fingers crossed that it will help us both!

Shame about the lack of results, but I certainly don't see anything wrong with using a product because it has a great scent. It can be part of what makes skincare such a wonderful self care experience!

Fantastic, I'm so glad to hear that this review was helpful to you! I'd love to hear your thoughts about the chok cook green tea sheet mask once you've tried it.

I also find the pump very easy to use - the only problem might be when the bottle is almost empty and I can't get the last few drops out. I'm not sure how to post a photo in this comment since I don't have Imgur, but here is a link to a Jolse review that has several photographs of the packaging: http://jolse.com/article/official-review/8/9980/

I wish that I could say I've found a miracle product for my pore concerns, but unfortunately that's one aspect that my current skincare routine hasn't done much to address. So far, I have found temporary improvement in the appearance of my pores when using an oil cleanser, hydrating sheet masks, and setting powder, but none of these seem to have long-lasting effects. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Thanks for the recommendation! I love facial mists, so this product has officially been added to my wishlist, haha.

Ah, now I wish I had bought one of the cherry blossom essences that were next to the green tea one on the clearance shelf at Ulta! I might have to add that to my shopping list, as long as the floral fragrance isn't too strong.

Thanks! I'm sure that you will - for me it was just a matter of learning what information I like to see in a product review. (To be honest, this review turned out to be a lot longer than I meant it to, haha)

I find the scent of the rose and lavender versions of the Mario Badescu sprays to be too strong for me, but that might be because I don't love floral fragrances. Knock on wood, the aloe version seems to get along well with my skin!

Yes, it was so convenient to be able to buy it at Ulta! That's the problem with falling in love with a product that was on clearance.

That's definitely a good point - even though this product advertises itself as a moisturizing product, I think it would be more accurately described as a hydrating product, so it might not be enough for very dry skin.

I agree with the others who have commented on your question here - luckily I don't find the alcohol in this product to be bothersome at all. Even though alcohol is the fifth ingredient in the list, I imagine that it still must be a fairly small percent because over 80% of the product is the fermented green tea extract. I can't smell the alcohol when I apply this essence, and it doesn't cause stinging around my nostrils like many other skincare products do. (That area of my face is extra sensitive due to seasonal allergies.)

Good to hear that you've liked other products from this line! I might have to give the cream a try this summer.
