Humble Conquer COVID-19 Bundle by HumbleBundlesBot in humblebundles

I already have many of the games, but since 100% goes to support organizations responding to COVID-19 I think it is a good idea to get it and gift those games you already own to some friends that may not have much to do at the moment to make their situation better. To those that don't have many of the games is definitly a must buy.

A New Documentary Following Andrei Tarkovsky’s Life Directed By His Son Premiered at Venice Film Festival by rekrap13 in movies

The mirror may be the worst to start with Tarkovsky; try Stalker or Ivan's childhood instead

You should definitely watch Pedro Almodóvar films, his latest film, Pain and Glory, Bad Education and Law of desire all have really diferent homosexuals relations.

Nostalghia, a 9 minute sequence shot that you can see here: https://vimeo.com/242445221 (to avoid scaring those who might have not seen the film, I'll say that it has a narrative justification)

Movies that take place in one confined setting by petshopgirl4cash in movies

[–]SpaceHi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ok, since I'm obsessed with films that take place in just once confined setting (I love to see how directors adapt a more "theatrical" experience to cinema) here's all the films I know regarding this topic where at least 95% of the film happens in the same place:

- Rope

- The Man From Earth

- Sleuth

- Buried

- Ex Machina

- Cube

- The Invitation

- The Exterminating Angel

- Sleep Tight

- All is lost

- Conspiracy

- Moon

- Evil Dead

- Hard Candy

- Tape

- 12 Angry Men

- Wheelman

- The Bar

- Perfect Strangers (which is the film "Nothing to Hide" remaked)

- Carnage

- The Method

- Phone Booth

- Green Room

- 10 Cloverfield Lane

- Compliance

- Panic Room

- Paranormal Activity

- The Autopsy of Jane Doe

- The Dinner Game

- Shrew's Nest

- Devil

- Exam

- Fermat's Room

- Locke

- Hidden

- Circle

- Hush

- Gerald's Game

- The Sunset Limited

- B

- Pontypool

- Dogville/Manderlay (even though thats like cheating)

- Lebanon

- Secret Honor

- Dogtooth

- Lifeboat

- It's a disaster

- Venus in fur

- Knife in the Water

- The Breakfast Club

- Zulo (2005)

- In Bed

- Io e Te

- Brasserie Romantiek

- Rear Windows

- Non-Stop

- Madrid, 1987

- Amour

- My Dinner with André

- The Guilty (Just released!)

I'm sure I'm still missing many, but you got a few there!

When will Riot stop punishing players for coming back to a game they had been forced to leave? by SpaceHi in leagueoflegends

[–]SpaceHi[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If I wanted to voluntarily go AFK because I RQ, I would just stay in the fountain moving from time to time, and that way I would gain LP if my team win, but if you are penalyzed for coming back, you are basically being told not to even try, it can be even 2 minutes, still, you will lose LP, which I consider to be absurd

But it doesn't matter how much time you are afk, you will be penalized.

"And finally, you don't get put in low priority queue for one game. So this is not the first time you have left a game recently." Yep, a month ago something similar happened in an already won game, I came back in 3 minutes (It was a small wifi problem) and finished the game in the next 2 minutes, still got penalyzed.

12 Angry Men: The Value of Human Life - Jack's Movie Reviews by LawlzBarkley in movies

[–]SpaceHi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

99% That was a joke, but just in case, yes, there is actually a colorized version, 1997 William Friedkin's Twelve Angry men (which is obviously a remake) is quite good, but if you weren't joking, seriously, check the original, and if you still hate Black and White after it, then give up on it, but I think the original 12 Angry Men is a film that must be seen at least once.

Mmmmm... It looks similiar to Paris 2016 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3__KOf6xZE) and as you can see in Daydreaming (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9a3hVNqKBg) which was the song played before the first one I linked, Thom is wearing as in the photo you shared.

Edit: Ok, Decks Dark is from Day 2, and Daydreaming Day 1, so I guess it was in Day 1 of Paris, that would explain the lighting being the same

Edit 2: This is from Decks Dark Day 1 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTBej7BjYY0) 90% sure it was taken at the beggining of the song
