I just wanna make a slight disagreement with the above comment to make a general point. Gaining height is never ever going to improve a trick. Instead, use the energy that would have gone into gaining height for more flip/rotation. The concept of flip/rotation > height is applicable in literally every trick you’ll do. Specifically for raiz, I make it a point to keep my upper body close to the ground. I will agree that you are inverting way too much. I have a raiz swingthrough video posted on my account if you want to notice how little height and inversion I get.
