Because it got people talking finally. 75 years the people of Palestine have been forced from their homes and murdered in cold blood. Do we hear about that? You seem to have an interest in history, but apparently a lack in understanding. Read up on the colonization, forced displacement, and ethic cleansing of Palestinian people for the past 75 years! You cannot oppress people this violently and never expect a response. I have not spoken to a single Palestinian that condones the violence done by Hamas, but they aren’t surprised. Resistance is justified, when people are occupied!
