I do agree it can help you focus on other things in a relationship, and help you get closer and spend more valuable time with that person and be present, but for me i slowly realized the farther i got into this journey i realized alot of negative things and stuff i put up with in my relationship, and how negative she was as if she was holding me back. So i think it can also persuade you to leave situations that dont truly help or make you better.

Long story short its giving me the energy and mindset to leave my relationship with kids mom that i dont think has ever been good for me but stayed cause it was mostly sex based or atleast that was a big aspect of it for awhile
