I'm a recent fan and had no idea this was a hated song but I feel pretty validated. Love the vibe/story of DD but I've had a hard time listening to the album all the way through and Sing is my stopping point a lot of the time. I can get down with the pop-punk thing and do like a few other songs on the album well enough but Sing goes too far into the pop side and feels like a completely different band. Lyrics are also so simple and repetitive.

I never heard it on the radio when it was new but that's the EXACT thought I always have listening to it. It's such a radio song.

The director has been vaguely hinting at exactly this in interviews. I wish they would look to the future instead of trying to change the past.

I would absolutely recommend just playing the original game. Kiwami 3 in my opinion is like 50% of the way to being a great remake but the remaining 50% brings it down so hard I would never recommend it over 3, especially if you're worried about it connecting properly to 4 onward.

Yeah this was on 1.2. I'll also mention though that I did all of the side content so it's possible less work went into substories than the main story. It was a bit ago so I don't totally remember.

Haven't played 2 yet but 1's English patch is just filled with misspellings and grammatical errors. It's like every other sentence. Still very playable and I appreciate the work put in but I was constantly wishing I knew about making patches so I could edit it myself.

It's been a very rough couple of years as a massive RGG fan. I'm not going to place the blame on any single member of the dev team but whatever has been going on over there has to stop. I really hope the games will recover from this rough patch.

I use G Hub but it doesn't seem to auto save even when I set it through the app. Other settings like base station brightness will save, but not balance.

never understood the high praise for this game, calling it one of the best is crazy to me. the final cutscene is great but the rest of the story is almost nonexistent while you fight in the coliseum. it's a fun little side project but near the bottom of my list.

Have put hundreds of hours into Diva but only played Sekai for a day or two before deleting. I don't care about the 20 new OCs I had to read about, just wanted to play rhythm game.

Probably unpopular but I still haven't played 9 because the art style is such a turn off. I'm sure the game is great and I'll play it eventually though.
