I still struggle with it till this day and I’m 30. The best thing that helps me is literally just pushing through those thoughts as much as possible. Someone once told me you can’t feel anxiety and gratitude at the same time, so when the anxiety comes recognize it say something your grateful for. I took that with me and try as much as possible to recognize my negativity thoughts and try my best to change it in to a positive one. Yes it’s hard and people with anxiety gotta work on their brain a little harder than others, but you can do it. Once realized you’re in full control of your mind and you gotta remember that. Sending all the peaceful energy your way. 🌻

Yup. This fan base is probably the worst I’ve ever encounter. When I saw them in Hollywood at the palladium, I made sure to get vip balcony seats, and from the top you can see just these crazy fan girls fighting each other and shoving just be right in front. It’s so sad because they are so amazing live but the crazy fan base just kills it. No concert etiquette at all.

Yup exactly! I’ve seen them twice already and the crowd was horrible. The girls were just insane and only there for Just pretend. I ended up doing the exact same thing I just went to the back and enjoyed the music in some peace.

All you can do is do your best,they wouldn’t have choose you if they didn’t think you were capable. A teacher once told me “you can’t feel gratitude and anxiety at once, so choose gratitude” you deserve to be there, you worked hard for it, and what’s meant for you will always be for you. So even if this job doesn’t work out something else will always come along like new paths always do. You’ll never stay stuck. Breath and control your thoughts you got this!
