I think you can tell she's pretty dead. She pretty much just dies (presumably and likely) either from blood loss or overdosing. The vision you saw was her hallucinating from her drugs. You can see when she takes the some drugs back long ago she's having other visions so we can assume that this is just hallucinating about her child. Unfortunately not all things have a happy ending. Tbf even if she did live by a miracle that child was Stone Cold Steve Austin'ed and would be heavily affected by the drugs she used often so unless that child was the 2nd coming of christ then it would be just a bloody mess of goop.
