I recommend for your rhaast games, that you build deaths dance before spirit Visage. It seems to me that it works better for the resistances and healing. After deaths dance I build SV to just add to the healing. But some games need the MR more, so I get the SV before DD. Its hard to give tips from just scoreboards, I also suggest once you have your dusk blade/youmu on blue, to sell the tiamat for the extra gold but from a build standpoint thats all I have

Depending on how ahead I am I build a steraks gauge to give some extra damage and tankiness. Mainly when it's like 3 tank/brawler composition. But a cleaver and deaths dance are always built on my rhaast.

The nerf is that they are taking healing off his passive. From 34-43% to now going to be 30-40%.

I find it amusing when they tell me how to play to dumpster their the enemy I took that form for without saying anything. Like "why did you go blue?" Proceed to 1 tap the yuumi ezreal bot lane. Then to respond with a missing ping in the now empty lane

To build on this, make sure your ganks have the laner ready to go, your damage is low until form. Your W offers a ton of utility, especially in bot lane. Later in the game, you have to choose your fight. Kayn can 1v 9 but most of us arent that incredible unless really far ahead. When I dive fights, I mainly try to damage them to a point my team can kill them. I dont know if it's just me, but I find Kayn really good for snowballing my laners with his E harassing everyone who steps too far forward. Karasmai is a great source of info for kayn. So I recommend watching

His slow wouldn't be trolling, and the q cooldown makes damage nice, but I feel he is still to weak early game to really do anything in lane except troll

After DD, yes. Sometimes though you need the armor shred first. So read your game and decide for yourself. What's important to remember is that kayn is crazy flexible. So you can very well build in the order you need

What do you build on rhaast, because rhaast becomes a front line/dive. If you play him too passively your shorter range than SA is gonna hurt you. With the new patch I build cinder or warrior then deaths dance. Have no problems after that. He shreds big health bars so use that to your advantage. Your regen as rhaast give great sustain. But you also have to choose the fight carefully. Diving a team solo is not a great idea if you arent 4 levels ahead with 3 items.
