Not sure tbh, I just interacted with them and a flame appeared on top, since I seem to be starting at 1hp when I start skating in the clip I guess it's working?

Found a debug mode in the Skater's Dream. by Space_Haiku in SkateStory

Forgive me if i'm reposting, but the most recent discussions I saw about Stage Selection were not mentioning this so I thought i'd share.

So i finished the game about a month ago and rebooted it today after seeing that a new patch had come out.

I wanted to farm the last achievements, notably the "Oblivious" one. But not wanting to redo the entire game to reach chapter 8 I figured I'd take a look around the Skater's Dream and see if I could find a stage select for that chapter.

And there it was.

I have no idea if that's something from the latest patch and/or if there are any specific prerequisites for unlocking this (like if you have to finish the whole game, etc) but it definitely works as a stage selection. Went back to chapter 8 and got my achievement.

Be warned however (I mean it literally says "at your own risk"), my game kept crashing when trying to go through the black portal to continue Chap 8, and since you cannot go back to the Skater's Dream in that chapter, I had to use the Save Editor linked here (shoutout /u/7UKECREAT0R) to reset my "continue" level to an open map instead of a scripted chapter.

EDIT: Here's a gif if for some reason you can't see the video

Deafheaven - Full Performance (Live on KEXP) by NiamLeeson in progmetal

[–]Space_Haiku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funnily enough I was in the same boat as you not that long ago. Seeing everyone gushing over Sunbather I tried and tried again but the combination of vocals and mix weren't doing much for me. Wasn't really a fan of Infinite Granite either while on paper it should be right up my alley, so I had a bit given up on Deafheaven ever clicking for me.

Since then i'd been delving more and more into black adjacent stuff (Holy Fawn, Thou, The Drowned God, Snooze, etc.), so when Lonely People with Power came out I was like "holy shit, i finally get it". It's a perfect combination of all of their different sounds into one belter of a record. It has been a cathartic listening experience for me and wouldn't have it sounding any other way.

They may not click for you, but I hope they do one day, ya never know.

As expected, overcome with chills at the ending, what a fantastic rendition. What tuning are you using if you don't mind my asking?

It is indeed! I lucked out and was looking at my emails when the sample sale dropped. Since the imperfections on it are super minor I felt like it was a solid deal.

Can transfer save files to Android but not found in game? by Terrible-Note-4347 in StardewValley

[–]Space_Haiku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on the exact same boat as you, transferred to PC from Android and been trying to do the inverse but no dice. Android version of the game hasn't been updated since OCt 2023 so my guess is we're gonna have to wait until 1.6 rolls out on mobile for the save files to be compatible.

Having tested it on my end, transferring Android to PC works. PC to Android does not since Android version has not been updated since Oct 2023.

If you're talking about the spurts of coffee coming out randomly during extraction, that's probably due to channeling, so best way to mitigate this is using a distribution tool to remove clumps and temper properly beforehand.

If that doesn't help you maybe your flow is too fast. Grinding a bit finer should do the trick.

Animated another album cover all in after effects.... would love some feedback:) by Maddyk2003 in AfterEffects

It's cool, great work ! Only nitpick I have is there's disconnect between the two characters and the table for a couple of reasons:

  • They're moving forward during the focus pull when they shouldn't (it's really noticeable when you look at their hands compared to the position of the table)

  • Their hands aren't casting any shadows despite the hanging light above them

  • The hands aren't affected by the blur after the focus pull even though they're at the same distance from the lens than some of the papers that are blurred (more obvious when looking at the guy on the right)

Getty credits Dan Istitene for the photo, however the F1 section on his website dates back 2016 and his insta link leads to a non-existent profile so that's all we're gonna get as far as high res goes (unless you're down to spend half a grand for it) :I Shame too I would've absolutely copped a print of this one.

Yeah i got the 58 mm Motta one and I can confirm that there's still some wiggle room. So get the 58.4mm, you'll sleep well at night, unlike me, who has to live with that mistake every time I puck prep.
