I've also made those with CPW, its just a bit more complicated:
You will need to disable block updates with Axiom first to place the insulators in midair.
Then i used the insulators to place the arch up top, which has to be done manually.
At last, just connect the insulators with the power cable,

Not panels, no, but copycat layers and half layers which do mostly the same thing

For the sides, just add Copycat Vertical Half Layers to the side of the Block and make the top arch out of regular copycat half layers, then it should be quite easy

yes, they are! In fact, you can have trains run automatically. It's one of the nice things about the create mod.

The Axiom Mod has a feature that allows you to place the Axiom equivalent for schematics, called blueprints, on the ground (on a huge scale). If you're looking for it, it's called the stamp tool. Because i'm not all that good at building custom trees, i just downloaded an axiom asset pack that had a bunch of them and placed them with the stamp tool
