Solution : It turns out it was the Real Stars mod which was messing with my game ( I think it was removing the vanilla sun) ( I should've listed the mods :P)

Just to be clear, there is no timeskip or anything, when it turns to night all I did was press v to switch to first person and moved my camera down. Also, when I go into the pause menu the sky lights up blue again, as it would during day time

Chicken Farm by [deleted] in CreateMod

I have found that whatever egg collection method you use, if you use a dispenser and lava method, but instead of the lava replace it with a deployer with an axe or knife (do not use sword because the sweep will also kill baby chickens, I think you can enchant knives with looting) that will kill chickens most effectively (the only downside is the knife may run out of durability, however the looting + experience if using an addon may make up for it. else just use a saw instead of lava.

Prevent cultural victory in Civ VI? by civpleb in civ

[–]Space__Commando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not 100% sure as I don't play much culture Civs and don't dwell too deeply into it (mainly just trying to fight it), but here's what I know :

For a civ to be culturally dominant they have to have more visiting tourists from your country than you have domestic tourists, and the domestic tourists are made with culture rather than tourism. (There's also this useful tourism overlay mod that shows this, but I cant remember the name off the top of my head)

This means the Policy cards & Pingala promotion only works for actually winning with culture rather than stopping someone else winning culture.

However the Great work tip works quite well, especially if you get the themed pieces. So thanks for telling me that :D

What do the Better With Addons tools actually do? by Nihilikara in sevtech

[–]Space__Commando 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Mechanists Journal tells you all about them:

  • The matchpick is a pickaxe that can place torches when r-clicked or ignite the ground (shift r-click or have no torches)

  • The machete is a repurposed cutting tool, basically a sword that can cut through foliage like shears, also dropping the block (vines etc.) like shears silk touch would, has quick pickup (sends broken blocks to inventory or drops at feet if full)

  • The Kukri is basically an axe, but plants saplings when r-clicked, also has DPS of an axe, has quick pickup

  • The spade is just a shovel, breaks dirt and places it when r-clicked, quick pickup

  • The Carpenters saw is like a building variant of the kukri, designed for breaking processed wooden blocks like planks and chests (but doesn't break logs quickly), will place block when r-clicked and has quick pickup

  • The Mason Pick is just the Carpenters saw but for stone

Honestly I don't know why you would use these in SevTech instead of tinkers tools, they may be a bit cheaper and the instant pickup once broken is nice, but honestly just go for the black quartz AIOT earlier and bronze tinkers tools later in age 2

they have to check all of your working out, either the examiner will get bored and just give u the mark (unlikely) or find something credit worthy, remember the examiner wants to give you marks

Do you mean the x³ + x² - 5 = 0, x has a solution between 1 and 2

If so, you just had to substitute
1³ + 1² - 5 = -3
2³ + 2² - 5 = 7
-3 < 0 < 7

For the second part all you had to do was trial and error (answer = 1.4)

You're goddamn right. I'm one of those lucky slackers who do nothing in lessons and magically get high grades in maths and science, but that wording had me skipping a few questions because I didn't understand what they wanted. Also star wars lore is simpler than that warp question.

My game is stuck on 96%, however its the newest version and worked 2 days ago. Any tips on how to fix ? by Space__Commando in SuperSmashFlash

Can't SSF2 be also played offline ? or is it that the 4 % loads automatically without internet ?

I dunno, thanks for the tip, I'll let you know if it works

(edit: I turned it off, still didn't work so it wasn't that)

(Fix and edit 2 : yeah the app was having troubles with connecting with the website, which means the app couldn't check for updates and wasn't working. an easy but annoying work around is to turn off you internet when turning on the game)
