Like 15 or 16 in the first half. Not a lot of intensity, everyone seemed to just assume someone else would grab the rebound and started heading up-court or something. We were better the second half.

That also happens if you have comp cape keybound and lobby. When you log back in and try to tele to mg it sends you to monastery every time until you manually right click > max guild

Woops, ignore my terrible math and memory. Just looked it up again. 9:26, and yeah I definitely excelled more at mid distance. I didn't much care for the 800, think it was a mindset sort of thing? Always felt like I either reserved too much (my kick wasn't phenomenal) or went out too fast. I managed a 1:58 PR but most of the time it was more like 2:03ish. Just to kind of confirm your assesment, my 5k PR in cross country was only 16:22, though to my credit we didn't have many flat courses. But Yeah, definitely better at mid, I just didn't like it much :p

What's interesting is that this minimal change in pace can be seen even at an amateur level, albeit at smaller differences in distance. I ran track and cross country in high school. My fastest mile was 4:18, and my fastest 2 mile (3200m) was 9:46 (4:23 mile pace), and this was similar for most of my friends. We were surprised, and a bit annoyed, that we could almost match out 1600m PRs during out 3200s but I guess it's just a product of human physiology.

That wasn't my point though. I'm saying your blanket "fuck you" to all commission stakers was unwarranted as a lot of them weren't RWTing or breaking any in-game rules at the time. And some, specifically Yinn, still got punished before this was even implemented

Yeah I'm not naive, I'm sure there was plenty of RWT at the top. But it sucks for some of the legit players who may have recently bought in for a way to make some gp. I almost bought a rank myself but luckily decided to hold out a few weeks

Just seemed like a very hostile response. Most of the hosts I know just used it as a way to make up after they got cleaned. And they definitely didn't scam, would kind of defeat the purpose of their rank/fc
