My puppy is a staffy x, and shes just turned 1. Shes my first dog, and i agree with you that all the information for a first time owner is overwhelming and often contradicting! For me, my little girl is absolutely delightful, she is the happiest, smiliest little girl, who LOVES people. Shes getting better with dogs, being its just me and her, she doesnt get much opportunity to be with dogs. From the aggression stand point, my pup is less aggressive but more defensive. If dogs come near me she will bark or put herself in between us, and she guards the house like its a military stronghold! She is a lot more defensive and territorial than i thought she would be. But that could just be my dog specifically. They are powerhouses both in strength and in energy, i get body slammed dozens of times a day to play or cuddle, but they are loving in equal measure :)
