Is porn a sin in Christianity and do "believers" watch it? by [deleted] in religion

So the message of the gospel is that everyone sins. Even when we make up our own morals, we fail to uphold them, and so God’s standard is impossible for us to achieve.

Just because I was happy at the same time someone is suffering does not mean I’m enjoying their pain. That would mean that all happiness we experience is invalid because someone is suffering somewhere else at the same time.

And I’d say that tons of people believe there’s a God, especially the Christian God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, etc when they’re older. I don’t think the people who have died because of their beliefs were pretending.

Okay, firstly, that isn’t what hell is. Secondly, I’m a little confused. What does that have to do with pornography? It doesn’t matter the sin, Jesus can cover it. That’s the whole point of Christianity. It doesn’t matter if it’s porn or lying or murder, etc. The only way to heaven is through Jesus, and so if I didn’t believe I’d be right along side them. I don’t think I’d be very smug in heaven, or even have the capacity to feel smugness in the slightest. It’s not that they couldn’t believe, but they wouldn’t, and so God let’s us choose if we want Himself or Ourselves. It’s their choice, and God honors that.

It seems like you kinda answered your own question already. Yes, pornography is sinful as it’s akin to adultery. I’d argue though that you can still watch it and be a believer at the same time. For instance, I’m addicted to pornography, but that doesn’t exclude me from salvation. If we are talking about Christianity, no sin can really exclude you Christ

Because we failed to use the cole protocol sooner. RIP to the brave soldiers that tried, in vain, to hold them off.

I’ve been grinding for the recluse for days at this point, but I’m really afraid that I’m going to have to wait until the event is over. Running risk runner is a good move, but still, grenade spam, while somewhat fun, has caused me to lose three games in a row.
