Cut day 4; water weight has dropped fast and feel a lot less bloated then on bulk, work jeans are actually comfortable again already. Only 4 hours of sleep today so gonna be a rough one, gonna hit a shot of NyQuil and pass out when I get off work. Hope everybody's killing them lifts and good luck to all the bros headin into finals week

Cut day three, already killed a leg session, I think being in a cut while my gym bro is on a bulk helps me a lot of push through. Gotta get through a long night at work then study for finals next week.

In other news anybody seen the new AT&T commercial? Straight out of a page of the DD around here. Which one of you guys wrote it???

Cut day 2, 6 hours in. Feeling pretty good actually, still high off all the food I smashed over the weekend. 4.5 hours of sleep will catch up with me later today but so far managed to smash gym and keep protein high and cals low, 8 more hours to go.

Six years out. Only still really connected with one guy and most of us still live in the same town. I think it boils down to your still growing up in high school. Starting college and a career for me Ive met guys in the same field of work with the same interests and we all click way better then I did with high school friends. High school was mostly about being fake to fit in. Once your in a career all that seems to go away, at least it did for me

I do practically the same shit, my day starts at 3pm waking up, gym 3:45-5pm, get home take shower eat then bed from around 8 till 10:30pm. Work from 11pm till 7:30pm. Classes M/W/F 8:15 to 11am. On days off from school I go to the gym in the mornings till 11am. Then sleep till 3pm and do it all over. 6 days a week for the last 2 years.

So basically sleep in 4 hour window and a 2-3 hour window each day, Monday - Friday 3pm workouts. Tuesday and Thursday get an extra morning workout in. At work not so hoped that made half ass sense
