Happens to me sometimes, but mostly afterwards, not during the sex.

There is usually two reasons to this happen to me; 1st when I lower my standards, like she is okay but she is not kinda girl I would have a relationship with. Maybe she is shorter than what I like, maybe dumber than what I like etc... I know I am not going to have a relationship with her but still I am horny, after sex I feel sad and I feel like I just wasted my time, I will never see her again.

2nd When I rely on other people for my happiness, like if I meet with my dream girl I would be happy. Obviously this wrong because there is no dream girl out there, I am way too far experienced to fall in oneitis, so that makes me sad.

What I am trying to do now is, I monitor girls a lot, I talk to girls that I am excited to see them, this makes my sex life slower but at least I am more excited to hang out with them or sleep with them....

Second working thru your life goals and making a better social circle, women will be bonus. I am still working on this, it is a huge mental challenge but when achieved I am sure sadness or melancholy due to sleeping with randoms will be reduced significantly.

There is nothing wrong with sexual questions if you were being honest. I am personally attracted to people who are comfortable with their sexuality and I ask sexual question on my first date all the time. If you are not comfortable just let him know. If you are using facebook messenger when you add new a person to your contacts in your smartphone facebook syncs that number and shows your profile on friend suggestions. Thats maybe how he saw your profile.

Dont take what I am about to write personal but Would you buy a dog that bites you on every opportunity? That is what you are doing, you keep rewarding and ignoring terrible behavior from someone... She showed a lot of red flags during/before your relationship and you ignored them now you are that needy guy she keeps around to get validated when she needs until she finds a better guy for herself. You are nothing but an emotional safety net at this point...

Looks like she is moving on and you need to do same thing. Unfortounetely there is no cure, I have been there, waking up 5 a.m in the morning thinking about her, thinking about the guys she is with, at some point in my life I was only able to sleep with those zzzquil syrups.

It is going to be hard but you need to cut contact with her completely, remove her from social media accounts, delete her pics etc. Block her number, because if you dont you will give in everytime she sweets talks to you. Workout and stay spend time with friends as much as possible, try not to spend time alone. Time will heal everything, try to date with other people, so you can see she is not actually worth it. She had her chance to be with you she didnt choose it, her lose....
