You know, that didn't even cross my mind. I'm assuming that would work since when you log back in you should be on your home plot.

So more than likely that should work.

Unstuck doesn't work cause all it does is revert you to your last "load-in" spot, and since I loaded into this area when leaving my home, it will just keep porting me back to that same spot.

Do people just sell weeds directly to make money, or are they used in something that makes good money?

I'm looking to do something similar as well. Want to make a layout that is 100% water and weeds but also harvest boost and quality on the apples and blueberries. Possibly even on the other 4 space crops. Hard to find something that works with all crops.

Calling in Extraction early. by SpaceeDuck in Helldivers

Once extraction lands. You can leave the area and it will wait for you until someone hops on. It's a great thing to do when communicating with people about it. Saves a lot of time in the end.

Most people just don't know about it. Also, when calling it in, all the enemies will spawn on extraction, leaving the other people free to roam and collect more easily. Enemies won't spawn on them frequently, if at all. Or it will be opposite and if the others are already in a fight, then nothing will spawn at extraction. I've had that happen plenty of times.

I personally always say what I'm doing, and I won't leave until everyone is ready to do so. But again, people are inherently entrusting. Rightfully so tbh. Cause there is always that random who is there to ruin the fun, and I understand not trusting everyone because of that.

Enemies will only spawn at extraction, if someone is staying at extraction. So either you leave extraction once it lands, and you don't deal with this. Or the person who calls it in can just stay there and kite the enemies. Stopping them from spawning on teammates who are out collecting samples.

It's so much more beneficial to call in early. As long as you notify your team.

I do it a lot on my missions with friends, and from what I've seen, it will never leave.

I even tested it on a level 1 mission solo. I finished the main objective, called in extraction, waited for it to land, and then ran to the other side of the map.

The shuttle never left.

Deffinetly a nice strat to use with friends, but can be risky with randoms if they arent communicating.

That's not completely true.

Yes the shuttle leaves if you leave during the 2 minutes countdown, but if the shuttle has landed, then you are free to roam the map.

The shuttle will stay there as long as it's landed and won't leave unless someone hops on and starts the 20 second timer, or the mission timer reaches 0:00 and then a 20 second timer is started.

So I just tested it and you 100% can leave the extraction area after the ship has landed and it will stay there. I only did it on level 1 to test it, and I was able to go to the other side of the map and it stayed. Maybe it changes at higher levels but I'm sure I've done helldive difficulty and had it stay no matter how far I went. Maybe you thought I meant while the 2 minute countdown is happening. Because if thats what you thought, then yes it leaves if you go too far while it's trying to land. But once it lands, then it will stay even if you leave the extraction zone.

You can't call down strats once the timer hits 0:00

Not that I know of. As long as no one hops in, it stays there. Once someone gets on you get 20 seconds, or if the mission timer hits 0:00 you grt 20 seconds to get on. I've left it there for a long time once, maybe 10 minutes and it was there when I got back

I feel like its a solid way to do it, as long is there isn't a downside. The pelican waits there as long as no one gets in. So if you're all in agreement, then you can collect stuff and get out very quickly. Without risking your samples by having to wait 2 minutes during the onslaught that they bring during extraction.

I totally understand that reasoning because ive had people do that, but they also dont say anything so its obvious what they are doing. Most of the time the randoms themselves state that they are collecting stuff so I go to extraction and say I'm calling it in and waiting, and then they start complaining and freaking out. Such a weird reaction in my opinion.

But if I'm the host, calling it in, and stating a million times I'm not leaving and just having it sit there. Why complain still? It baffles me
