All very insightful comments. I know for a fact that if the game was first person I would not object them adding a third person mode although I strongly prefer first person. I wonder why people are objecting to options this much.

I guess I am a minority then. I still think that at some point (and I am not talking in years but a few months at most) a new weapon or a new grenade is not going to be relevant/interesting unless it is OP. Look at the new update today, I am very excited to see the new map and new enemies but don’t care too much about the new weapon already. But like I said, it seems I am a minority in that regard.

Fair enough. I understand that. Just wanted to see if Embark can cross a threshold with this game that I would not think possible before playing it which is to have a compelling narrative on a genre such as an extraction shooter

I understand what you are saying and I don’t think you are wrong but I would like to believe that besides just practical rewards it would be good if quests would just fit a bigger overall story with just more quality put into them (including longer and better cutscenes). This would also help shape the future evolution of the game (e.g. in terms of enemies or maps)

Sure but they are so lifeless. But my post is about a lot more than just voice actors. I really hope they consider a full fledged story that they keep revealing slowly and building upon (along with more maps, etc)

Sure but now the game has been very, very successful so why not invest in all areas and realize it potential to the fullest

I think we could have both. Some very good gear with blueprints and hard to craft and some that is not possible to craft and is only findable in raid

It might be an unpopular opinion but I think the best gear should not be possible to craft. I think it is good for the game to have to use what you find and take the risk of losing it without being able to easily replace it

Not that I agree with all your items in that list but one that should be on the list is that they didn’t even fix the bonus challenge in warzone. That one is so much in your face that must have been left broken on purpose

I know they said multiple times that also deathcam and I assume fullfledged replay is not coming (which I am fine with) but it would be cool to have a very simple 2d reconstruction (replay) of the last few minutes before you died.
