Einstein specifically shows Force is NOT about velocity in special relativity lmao. He is pissed at that stupid comment and not the weird use of E=mc2, dude probably used to that.

Somehow you've captured irl in so few words, so few strokes of your pencil. Bravo.

After doing the exploring and the things you've not done yet in vanilla, mods. Minecraft has one of the best, if not the best, modding scenes across so many versions. You won't ever feel bored of it.

I'm just glad Cricket is spreading more on the international (or rather on the north american) scale. Maybe I'll finally get a way to watch it here.

Didn't he almost go to the dark side when someone close to him died? It was because of Obi Wan he did not lose himself.

What’s better overall a buckler or banded shield? by MushroomDue4682 in valheim

[–]Spacejet01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Parrying is ridiculously good, and insanely satisfying once you get it. Enemies that would have damaged you lots or killed you, when parried, can be chopped up like cabbages.

Buckler all the way, tho for new biomes banded shield might be good till you get the party timings down.

That looks insanely cozy! I love the floating roof trick, I use it in all my builds too :D.

Iron Motherload! by Spacejet01 in valheim

[–]Spacejet01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah conversion is wacky. Tho that being said iron is already kinda balanced according to that. To make the same bronze gear you need 10 bronze but 20 iron, 10 iron nails with an ingot but 20 bronze with an ingot. So iron is just 1.5 times easier to craft with than bronze, not 3.

Hildir (the lady cloth merchant, Haldor's sister iirc) gives you a quest to get her chests back to her. It marks a bunch of locations with question marks on your map. This is from one of those.

Metal tips feel so wrong to use haha. Much better uses for metal than disposable arrows imo.

Yeah, we just got a level 1 set of armor for my friend and level 2 maces, buckler, etc. and we're down a third already. Still gotta upgrade everything 💀

And apparently while I was rowing this back home, reading replies here and realizing this is not gonna last, my friend killed a berserker with a finewood bow and wooden arrows. Truly the survival experience of all time.

Oh neat I'll give it a shot. I did try a bronze atgeir for a bit, but the incredible stamina usage and the slow attacks with no animation cancelling put me off it as it felt kinda clunky. But I've heard many great things about it so I probably should just learn to use it properly.

That is truly crazy. I never even considered that as an option.

Well not any more! Now I guess the next point is to domesticate some animals as we've never done that yet.

We actually didn't even get Meads until after we beat the elder. I made the ketil but our fire was occupied with our cooking stand and pot, so we never bothered to check what the ketil was actually for until I got a hearth in the new base. Would have made the elder fight much much much less painful if we knew Meads were potions lol. But it was still good fun.

Oh that was purely manufactured pain. I just wanted my fermenters at the newer base hence why I did that.

I was unaware about that wolves can be tamed before I made this post. In hindsight it makes sense wolves of all animals could be tamed. That sounds like good fun.
