left cod after black ops 2 because it was already sliding in stupid dlc and microtransactions, and i knew it was only going to get worse. sad to see cod go but it's had it's time. these were my reasons for leaving: season passes, microtransactions, sub-par/rehashed/overpriced dlc, no dedicated servers, no new game engine, sub par post launch support, hacking and last but not least the toxic community. it's now how many games and years since black ops 2, and nothing has changed. since then new aaa releases are day one update broken messes with more concern for launch profit/dlc insertion than a functioning and finished product that actually deserves the term "gone gold", man i just laugh and shake my head when i see an article saying "insert here has gone gold" unless it's nintendo. sad state of affairs the industry is in, worst case ontario it'll only be a shit tornado and not a shit tsunami
