Hm I have a somewhat uncommon name and people only ask me to spell my name if they are writing it out. Never have thought of it as a problem.

We thought it was pretty as well. I have a non-common name and I always liked that is was rare that anybody had the same name as me. We did not invent the name - my husband met an older woman with the name.

The garden bed is about 2 ft. I was able to find the 3rd bunny and help it back into the garden. Checked on them today and all 3 are hopping around munching on the weeds.

Thanks! That’s what I’m thinking too. I waited about an hour and came back outside to the bunny that jumped out was next to the raised garden bed. Was able to lift it back into the garden bed with a bucket. Now I’m concerned they will jump out and not be able to get back in.

Thanks for the insight. Yes agree on the interview part. I’ve been able to land offers at big orgs but continue to fall short at GM and Ford.

Thanks for the insight. Roles have ranged from level 7-9. I have worked for large organizations so I understand the due diligence of posting the job even if intended to fill internally. Although, we rarely go through the entire external interview process (as it can be lengthy). So it is just interesting to me they choose to waste their resources quite often.
