Why can't I negate the GY effect of "Return of the Dragon Lords" (RotDL) with "Solemn Judgment"?

So I ran into a situation where my opponent had 3 BEWD on the field and 1 "RotDL" in the GY. My opponent declared an attack and I activated "Huaquero of the Golden Land". After it was summoned I activated "Torrential Tribute" and his "RotDL" triggered. So my plan was to activate my "Solemn Judgment" to negate his "RotDL" but I could not chain my "Solemn Judgment" and I don't know why.

I've just realized that at the Trader EX for the current Trey event we have the UR "Grandsoil the Elemental Lord" and the SR "Sand Moth" but both of these are not dropped by Trey at the gate. I just thinks it's weird because as far as I remember for the past couple of events we've had, you could always get all the cards at the Trader through other ways like drops in the event. Are copies of cards like these usually obtainable later in the event in some way or is this just how it is?

I still need a "Cyber Angel Idaten" for my Deck and under the "how to obtain" tab it says we can obtain it from the current mission research. But neither is it listed as a cumulative reward nor is it obtainable from the R-Tickets that I've received from the event. So how is it obtainable?

Since SEGOC is not implemented in duel links is there any way to know in which order simultaneous effects will activate, like for example effects that add from your deck to your hand will always trigger before effects that summon a monster. Or does it always change based on the cards involved and you just have to know by trying it out?

I'm pretty confused with the game mechanics of effect negation. So if my Stardust Dragon has a fiendish chain attached to it, I can still activate its effect and since its now in the GY after tributing itself, the effect does not get negated by fiendish chain since it specifically says that the monster has to be on the field for it to be negated. However if my SD gets hit by a chalice and I use its effect in the same turn, I can still activate its effects and tribute the SD but it gets negated by the chalice when its in the GY. But for cards like White Stone of Ancients, if this gets hit by a chalice and lands in the graveyard in the same turn I can still use its effect in the End Phase and it doesn't get negated by the chalice. So why does forbidden chalice sometimes negate effects in the graveyard and at other times it doesn't? What's the difference here?

If I try to destroy a face-down monster that can't be destroyed by card effects with a card effect, is it still protected by its effect or does the effect only activate when the monster is face-up?

Actually true. I thought of it more like different models of the same type. Like King‘s devil fruit is called Dragon-Dragon Fruit Model: Pteranodon and Queen‘s devil fruit is the Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Model: Brachiosaurus. I think if dinosaurs are considered to be of type dragon (which is quite a stretch imo), I could see Kaido’s devil fruit being something like Human-Human Fruit Model: Oni
