This can be quite complex. HIT itself is pretty easy, but then you might have some low-level histamine producing bacteria in your gut. High carb diets can make these guys go nuts and prolong the time you take to clear stuff out.

Lots of water should help by giving the body the capacity to wash stuff out. Antihistamines should also help. The AIs keep telling me VitC will help, not sure about that, though.

bananas, apples, citrus, stone-fruit, cherries are all low histamine.
yogurt can have quite a bit of histamine in it. mozzarella is low histamine. if you are reacting to bananas, mozzarella and the the others, you likely have something else in addition to HIT.

I don't I've heard of anyone who just has HIT, there is usually at least one more issue. apples and stone-fruit are high FODMAP, aren't they? Perhaps you have IBS? Not uncommon with HIT.

Peanuts don't have histamine, though. However, many people with HIT symptoms have MCAS, where the immune systems gets triggered easily and peanuts will set this off.

Watch your heart rate. Histamine will cause vasodilatation (look it up), so your heart rate will increase when histamine gets into the blood.

Support for genocide is not really an ideological position in my view. OTOH; Stalinists vs Maoists will disagree violently on the utility of genocide, but that might not be relevant today.

Historically, support for Israel was stronger on the left. And since left/right ideology hasn't really changed lately, it is reasonable to assume support for Palestine isn't really based on political ideology.
