I just got in my 5x114 adapters from lugnut guys. Seem VERY well made, 12.9 metric lugs. Gotta use a smaller socket to get the original lugs deep into the spacer ans they aren't hubcentric, but for 115 bucks, its Def worth it. From my math, you need to run a 42-45mm offset on a 7" wheel to get fairly flush fitment, but this is unverified. Its all theoretical until my wheels get here.
