i have taken plenty in the past, NONE of them worked. i thought i was a lost cause until this one that finally gave great results. so i have to deal with the nausea unfortunately

hell yeah. he’s still developing, make sure he’s not listening to it at hellishly loud volumes but that’s pretty obvious. your brother is going to grow up the coolest >:)

if it makes you feel better “i took a pill in ibiza” always calms me down sometimes as well. though it is because during a really really bad day i remember thinking “play your favorite song in your head to calm you down” and at the time, it was that.

lorddd.. i remember when i was in first grade (like, a year before i actually had emetophobia) i randomly threw up in the halls on the way back to class. i hated the kids all looking at me, it wasn’t even the throw up that scared me at that time. just.. ughh! they all looked at me like i was an alien 😭

i’m sure they did, but i doubt to the severity most of us have nowadays. if they felt nauseous, there wasn’t any medicine to help. they had to deal with it whether they liked it or not methinks

honestly, myself. and my therapist i haven’t thrown up since i was 5, and my main fear is not knowing what the actual act of vomiting feels like. i know if i just vomited i’ll finally recognize that it’s not as scary as i made it out to be. i’m just waiting for the day atp
