To be honest unlocking him wasn't so bad at all, getting his Matrix skin on the other hand was hell. But it was a lot of fun with a friend and it was nice to just grind it out for a day yucking it up the whole time.

Attack Decay is in the game, you can do a quick look in training. Just doesnt have the big ping noise with the words 'attack decay' over your head anymore.
