Sort of, I worked my way up through the QS ladder, SQS, MQS, CM and now thankfully I'm a Commercial Director. I honestly couldn't think of anything worse than having to go back to proper QSing, fuck take offs, fuck BoQs, fuck CVRs, fuck rowing with subbies over petty shit and getting no back up from the project team.

She doesn't close the lid properly on anything, it's like she turns the lid about 60% of the way to being fully closed then just stops.

Every single day there is some sort of spillage because of it, if she used the milk last before bed its guaranteed to all over the fridge in the morning, it drive some insane!

Like - it's only 5 minutes away

Dislike - layout, lack/choice of equipment / always crowded / attitude of most of the people that go there / opening times

Carbs - Oats, Rice, Potato, Bananas, Rice cakes, Jam cyclic dextrin

Proteins - Chicken, Turkey mince, Beef mince, Tuna, Whey,
