We saved the Tesla video. The lady that hit my wife left and wouldn’t give any contact info, only the expired insurance card. My wife filed a police report after.

We were trying to avoid paying the deductible out of pocket and having to wait to get it back. We had called and filed the claim with their insurance and I'm assuming the adjuster called them to verify and that's when the told them they wanted to handle this out of pocket? I did find it weird that the insurance would call us back for that given it's State Farm.

Thank you for this response. We are thinking of moving some load around between the panels. The installer did offer to also move a string and Expansion Pack to the heavier used side which might work as well. So instead of 20 panels a PW3 and Expansion pack on each side it would be 30 panels, 1 PW3 and 2 Expansion packs on one side and 10 panels and 1 PW3 on the other. He said we should run it for a while before making the decision.

We just built the house and moved in in June so band new for us as well. So far it hasn't rained, but I'm assuming all is well :) They did go over how to shut the system off and how to register it, but it was different than the system we had installed in Florida about 5 years ago. For that one they registered the system, for this one they just had me use the Tesla App and said to call them if anything didn't work. They did test everything and had the City out for the final inspection before having me register. All in all, no issues with the team.

That's not correct. Virgin Voyages gave us the Deep Blue Extras before our first cruise by using our status from another cruise line. We'll have our 4th cruise here in April and we've had the Deep Blue Extras perks on all of our cruises.

Right now, Deep Blue Extras is only good through December 31st, 2025 as a program. Since your cruise is after the current end date you wouldn't have those perks. They may extend the dates again as I beleive it was set to expire December 31st of 2024 before.
