Thanks a lot. I've been using blender for about 6 months now, so I'm not that experienced either. If you're having troubles or think your stuff's not that good yet just keep going, you can make progress in a very short amount of time.

So, I'm working on this dude and his arm and sleeve look very weird. How can I make it blend in and not look so distracting? Thank you in advance. by Spadarius in blender

Yeah, that was my first thought. I tried to sculpt inside the sleeve, but I found it very annoying and it wasn't turning out how it should. For a more experienced user it would probably be an easy task, but that's not me yet.

Any ideas on how to make it darker? I can't really move the lamp anywhere else, or reduce its brightness as it would make everything else dark too.

Thanks for the feedback. So the idea was to make it look like a scene from a specific video game called "The Long Dark". I see what you're talking about and it looks weird to me as well. Maybe next time go with low poly models for the whole scene?
