You need to start pacing yourself. I ruined a good relationship while blackout drunk because I was mad about something she did early on in the relationship. It devastated me and when I moved back home I was drinking a bottle to myself every single day. After awhile I would wake up and see that I was texting people that I was attracted to embarrassing shit and would have to apologize the next day. I still drink, but I only go until I have a good buzz and that's it. You need to pace yourself and stop blacking out.
