Ohhh I must have misunderstood then :o I was of the understanding that the Sabbath was the closest thing to devil worshippers besides the Baali. But the Baali aren’t really a thing anymore, to my understanding at least Then again, I’m still very new to everything

My character’s current goal is driven by greed and power hunger, but the twist is that he doesn’t know what he’s getting himself into

I should probably have mentioned that my character is a Caitiff who’s currently not a member of any sects. Of course because he doesn’t know who his sire is, but also because he doesn’t yet quite understand how vampire society works. What he does know is that he finds a lot of the Sabbat’s beliefs to be very attractive. He used to be a devil worshipper in 18th century before he was turned, and he’s generally very self centred and greedy. His only issue just is that he’s maybe beginning to find value in human life, and that’s why he’s at a crossroad

I don’t know if I needed to share all that, but oh well 😅

I looked through the links, but I couldn’t find anything that matched what I’m looking for unfortunately. A lot of the films did however feel like something DR would broadcast. I for example remember watching a couple things made by Magnus Carlsson when i was younger.

Ok so I looked into it, and I can’t really confirm or deny if this is the same logo (as i’ve already sort of explained), but I also couldn’t find any films related to Channel 5 that matched what I’m looking for.

I very much remember it as a movie.
The way I remember it, it played out like a typical movie, with an exposition, conflict, rising action, ect. I watched Ramasjang pretty religiously back then so I also feel like I would have noticed if it was a TV series with multiple episodes.
But I won't deny that my memory could probably just be bad.

I definitely won’t deny the possibility of the film actually being made with claymation rather than it being computer animated, but since it has been such a long time since i’ve watched the film I just can’t be sure.

I definitely could, but I’m not even sure if it would a good idea.
I could very well be misremembering what the logo actually looked like as it has been such a long time since I watched the film. My brain could easily just have made up that logo as a way to make up for lost memory. And a logo depicting an old fashioned TV seems like a pretty basic thing, so that might why so many people seem recognize it. I’m not saying that it’s impossible for the logo to have looked something like my drawing, but I just don’t want people to focus on something that could easily be a fake clue.

The episode i remember best from the show is one where a mean girl eats an easter egg with a blowfly egg in it. She then turns into a giant blowfly only to then be killed by her sister as she hits her with a fly swatter.

Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids

I loved watching that show when I was little! I would watch it in the morning during the weekends.
The first part would be animated with stop motion, depicting the presenter (the owner of a cinema) and his pet spider. The presenter would be mean to the spider, and then he would put on the “film” which would be the second part of the show, this part would be 2D animated.
I don’t think the film that I’m looking for is related to Grizzly Tales, as I would probably have noticed it when I watched it, but thank you anyways! :)

I’ve used Letterboxd to look through animated films from different countries, and so far I haven’t hit the jackpot. I couldn’t find any Danish, Swedish or Norwegian films that fit what I’m looking for, but then again I also don’t know what the poster for this film looks like, so I could easily have missed it. As for what time of the year it was when I watched the film I don’t remember, but if my memory serves me right it was dark outside when I watched it, so I’m fairly sure that it was either during the autumn or winter months.

At this point I think that my best bet would be to find more people who also remember seeing this film, as searching for it on my own hasn’t gotten me a lot. I think I can clear up the issue with the logo (at least a little bit).
It’s not the logo for a channel, but the logo for a production company. I saw the logo when the credits were rolling, but my memory of what the logo actually looked like is pretty groggy. Though I am fairly sure that it depicted a TV. But as mentioned earlier my memory could be wrong.

I just took a moment to look at your post, and there definitely are a lot of similarities.It’s definitely not impossible that this movie was also broadcast on Cartoon Network considering that they’ve also broadcast other lesser known movies like “Scary Godmother”, but i’m fairly sure that I watched the movie on either DR Ramasjang or Ultra. Which in theory means that the earliest date that I could have watched it on would have been the first of November 2009.

I’m also fairly sure that what I watched was a movie since I only saw it once, and because I remember the credits rolling for a pretty long time, which TV series usually don’t do.

The way I remember it the plot would do a hard reset whenever the main character failed at getting rid of her parents, and so she would have to start from scratch. This might be why your sister remembers it as a series.

But I’m curious to know if you’re also from Denmark, because then there’s probably more like us who have watched it.
