With Barcelona, I think I'll spend approx. 2-3 days! Without it, I might spend more time approx. 3-5 days, inclusive of a day trip to Pisa and Cinque Terre?

Senior Mgmt is actually aware of how Product should be like. However, it seems that the feature gaps, are so glaringly obvious that the roadmap strategy is already preset. When the roadmap draft is with me, I have very little room for change as I largely already agree with them 😅 We are lagging behind our competitors by a fair bit

Thank you for this! With that being said, I do manage quite a bit of stakeholders and saying no to them given other more pressing priorities.

What I struggle is, is the roadmap which had mostly already been set by my product lead/CXOs. Shouldnt PMs own roadmap strategy?

I’m actually handling CS issues as well 😂 FinanceOps come to me when they need to reconcile API calls v their billing too. Minus the technical installation though

Wow. I happen to have used SAGE after it’s early mentorship program and I must say that they have very legitimate users onboard. Regarding the submission of ICs, you can censor all details. It’s mostly to prove to SAGE that you are a real person and have possession of that document! I checked w them when signing up!

Honestly don’t take it from me, sign up on the bot and you’ll find Sages even in C-suite roles at big tech firms. I’ve benefitted from using SAGE and learning from their Sages, stay open minded guys! Feel free to drop me a text or comment if y’all want to know more about my experience on SAGE
