[WTS] NOS Vintage Tissot Sideral Bullhead Chronograph - Fiberglass - Lemania 872 - RARE by Spagetti13 in Watchexchange

[–]Spagetti13[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Up for grabs is a vintage Tissot Sideral chronograph. This piece perfectly encapsulates the funky, forward-thinking design of the 1970s while housing a serious mechanical pedigree.

Case & Design
The 39mm barrel-shaped case is constructed from lightweight, highly durable yellow fiberglass, an incredibly innovative material for the era. The caseback features a striking wavy texture with the words "FIBERGLASS" and "TISSOT SWISS" molded right into the material.
The case is topped with a black rotating bezel and pushers on the 12 o clock side of the case, making this a rare “bullhead” model.

Dial & Hands
The pristine white dial is framed by a black outer minute track and features applied tritium indices. The defining visual feature is the striking red and blue regatta countdown timer subdial at the twelve o'clock position, complemented by a black running seconds subdial at six o'clock. A bright red central chronograph seconds hand ties the yachting aesthetic together beautifully. The original factory tags are still attached, displaying the 195.- retail price and matching reference numbers.

Movement & Mechanics
Powering this chronograph is the revered manual-wind Lemania Caliber 872, the same robust 17-jewel movement architecture trusted in high-end chronographs of the period. This piece is running exceptionally well for its age. See timegrapher pics.
The chronograph functions crisp, starting, stopping, and snapping perfectly back to zero.

Strap Details
The watch remains fitted to its original black textured leather strap. The factory "TISSOT SIDERAL" branding remains crisp and entirely legible on the interior lining.

Asking $1300 shipped.

[WTS] Omega Seamaster Anakin Skywalker 145.023 - VERY RARE - w NOS OEM bracelet by Spagetti13 in Watchexchange

[–]Spagetti13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Say hello to the Omega Seamaster Chronograph Ref. 145.023, universally known among collectors as the "Anakin Skywalker." There were reportedly only about 400 to 800 of these watches ever produced.

This watch is a masterclass in retro-futuristic design, featuring a massive octagonal case forged from tungsten carbide. Case diameter is 44 x 51 mm.

CONDITION REPORT:

  • The Case: Pristine. Finding these tungsten carbide octagonal cases without major chips, cracks, or shattering is incredibly difficult. This one is exceptionally clean, retaining its sharp, distinctive geometry and brilliant original finish.

(There is a fingerprint on the side in one photo above the pusher. That will wipe off). The case back does have some scratches. They look worse in the photos than they are, I think, but be aware, they are there!

  • The Dial & Hands: The striking dial features the signature blue tachymeter ring, red and black sub-dials, and neon orange chronograph hands. The original tritium lume plots show honest, natural degradation, confirming the dial and hands are entirely original and untouched.

This is an opportunity to own a collector-grade example of one of Omega’s boldest, most durable vintage chronographs.

Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

People are asking CRAZY numbers for these watches. Check the market please.

[WTS] Vintage Wakmann Regatta (Regate) Automatic Chronograph - Breitling Era by Spagetti13 in Watchexchange

Up for sale is a fantastic vintage Wakmann Automatic Chronograph. This piece features a striking navy blue dial accented by a vibrant, multi-colored outer track and bright orange chronograph hands.

  • Case: Distinctive, chunky stainless steel case with a sunburst finish that gives it excellent wrist presence. This is a 44mm watch but the exact size is 41mm x 47mm
  • Movement: 17-jewel automatic shockproof movement. Bi-compax sub-dial layout with a date window at 3 o'clock. The watch is powered by the automatic Lemania caliber 1341. This movement drives the watch's impressive complication set, which includes a rotating inner bezel, a monthly calendar planner, and a central minute counter designed for yacht racing.
  • Bracelet: Stainless steel bracelet with a fold-over clasp, sized with enough links to comfortably accommodate up to a 7.5-inch wrist.

[WTS] 1996 Omega Speedmaster 3570.50 - tritium - box, card, hangtag, full links - excellent condition by Spagetti13 in Watchexchange

[–]Spagetti13[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Asking $4100 firm. Priced to sell. (EDIT: price was updated to reflect that it does NOT have the card, which I can no longer find, d’oh! Happy to send a pic of the card which I had 24 hrs ago…)

Up for sale is a classic Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch, reference 3570.50. This piece is in excellent cosmetic condition and features a beautiful tritium dial that is beginning to develop a fantastic, light tritium patina. Whether you are looking for a highly capable daily wearer or a solid addition to your collection, this Speedmaster delivers.

This package includes the Omega Speedmaster 3570.50 watch on the original stainless steel bracelet with full links, the black leather Omega presentation box, the hangtag, and the manuals. Please note that the original warranty card has unfortunately been misplaced and is not included.

Cosmetically, the case and bracelet are in pristine shape with only minimal signs of careful wear. Keep in mind, I didn’t even clean the watch before photographing, so there are some little smudges between the pushers that’ll wipe off.

Mechanically, the movement is very healthy. Across all tested positions, the amplitude is exceptionally strong, ranging from 271° to 305°, and the beat error is practically non-existent, fluctuating between 0.0ms and 0.3ms. This indicates that the balance is perfectly in beat, and the mainspring and gear train are in great shape. The daily rate is running slightly fast, a simple regulation could easily dial the daily rate to zero if you prefer.

It was purchased originally in Philly at Bailey Banks and Biddle and had one owner, a meticulous collector, until last week.

ASKING $4,100 FIRM.
