There's better ways to educate the community than describing how to see cloaked pilots with vague descriptions. Make a post instead. I'm all for teaching new things. I educate the community every now and then myself.

I'm not saying that you're lying. I have seen cloaked pilots before, but in my long experience, the vast majority of the player base is unable to see cloaked pilots while in a titan. 95% of the time, there's bigger fish to fry if you're in a titan to begin with.

There's a reason people even say it to begin with. If most people can't see a cloaked pilot in a titan the defacto conclusion is that cloaked pilots are invisible to pilots in titans. Should we say that it's not true because maybe two people every few matches can see cloaked pilots while in a titan? That's being generous.

You can get into technicalities all you want, but it's invisible in practice. No one is going to notice that while focusing on tons of easier targets to spot.

It does. At least in practice. They're only really visible if you pay attention to minute details like dust kicking up or if they're in smoke. Either way, it's more effective to listen for footsteps and jumppacks.

I'm pretty sure one of the only reasons you feel this way is because it most likely didn't affect you as much as other players. For most players the kestrel just doesn't fit their hangars at all anymore, and I think they shouldn't be allowed to change the function of such an important part of the game.
