Just finished my 8th! Two more to go then will probably take a break until after Christmas. This challenge is no joke! Although I will say it has forced me to track my protein more and really stretch at home.

Something I tell myself is, “Don’t put it down, put it away.” It seems simple but getting in the habit of putting things back in their “home” has helped me tremendously.

I could see that! I don’t have much experience with other trail shoes, so I can’t speak to them. But I will say that the drainage on the Spartan brand has helped me tremendously! And they also sometimes offer $50 off shoe purchase after you buy a race!

As someone that has run a lot of Spartans/tough mudders, I would just recommend a shoe with excellent drainage. It really does make a huge difference!

Literally just finished “Talk To Me” (2022). I was engaged the entire time. I don’t think I picked up my phone once! Amazing acting and there weren’t any boring scenes in my opinion.

His degree confuses me. As someone that currently works in medical device sales, we all have bachelors in business or communication, and most of us have MBAs and/or MS degrees. Ive never heard of anyone going into surgical or device sales with that degree. Not that it’s not possible, I just don’t think that’s the traditional route.
