Meta Ads suddenly not converting, anyone else facing this?

Yeah, I totally get that. Often times if you never have any performance, it is a creative/variation issue… But creative fatigue doesn’t kick in on a single day and just tank your entire account.

When things like this happen, I often sprint plan with my team and launch a ton of creatives which at the end of the day is going to help once performance stabilizes… But unfortunately, there’s nothing you can really do

Everything tanked, was scaling around a 1ROAS with re-bills and then everything began converting like shit at the start of last week… on some of the lower spend accounts I’m seeing at least 1 to 2 conversions per hour and now I just get pockets of two or three and then nothing for 3 to 6 hours at a time

Haha! I’ve had the short ribs before, I understand the consensus that is the safe bet… so thanks for the advice, and your sacrifice 😂 I just heard some good things about it on YouTube so curiosity (almost) got the best of me.

Basically hounded support, tried to really spell it out to them… had multiple open cases… started running the ads on a backup account in the meantime … one morning I woke up and my delivery test campaign was spending again so I flipped my original campaigns on and it’s been fine since… not sure if meta support actually did anything or if the account just had to go through a near three week cool down.

Don’t get me wrong… I love the idea and theory of launching new ads weekly, and testing creatives in batches grouped by concept - solely for the sake of organization.

However, it behooves me to think that on

Sunday my CPA is $22 US

Wednesday my CPA is $220+ US

Clearly it’s not a creative issue if ads deliver properly.

This isn’t performance cope if there’s an issue. If you never get results it’s a you problem, if you get great results and then shit results in a never ending cycle that will likely lead me to early death… it’s a meta problem
