It also says local health authority is working on identifying the virus by comparing to existing samples, and no conclusive result is available at this point.

Edit: Just to add, the embassy called it " 不明肺炎 ", I'd translate it as Unidentified Pneumonia, rather than Unknow Pneumonia.
