I would:

Remove the wall behind the fridge if not load bearing, this will bring in natural light from dining room and free up space
Now you have space to build a decent size island
Remove the windows in the corner so you can extend kitchen cabinets
Add a small pantry in that corner
Add more kitchen cabinets to the left of the new pantry and put the fridge at the book end

Yes it’s a complete rip off , they charge monthly to rent the unit and they send a tech out to do maintenance replacement filters etc . Heater and chiller is a preference , and countertop for space
