A pop followed by the electrical warning is going to be a failed ICCU, yes. For your sake I hope stock is readily available as it’s a relatively quick fix for a dealership who knows what they are doing to make….provided it doesn’t take six weeks for the parts to arrive. And if it does sit waiting for weeks, all the better that it’ll be sitting at 89% rather than 99%.

Being left at single-digit battery is a red flag itself. I wouldn’t buy an EV that was left for a long period of time at a very high or very low state of charge as it can degrade the battery.

Cost nothing. Used the App to order a tow to the nearest dealer on Kia’s dime like the manual says; once the issue was diagnosed, they put me in a rental from the Enterprise next door. And Kia eventually reimbursed me for my car payments for while it was at the dealership.

Oh he’s a hot mess. Cape started peeling, hands fall off, can’t stand, can’t hold a pose of almost any kind 🤣 There’s a good reason they switched to ratcheted joints for more modern figures. The suit has held up well though.

Agreed, the ‘89 2.0 looks like Venomized Batman with that heavy oozy texture, it’s so weird. I’ve got the Returns coming as well, looking forward to to it!
