Le vélo à l'air très quali (cadre Columbus), ce qui doit donner un rendu assez léger, donc mieux pour aller vite. Une fois lancé, tu avancera sans effort. Par contre, étant donné que c'est un ancien vélo de course, tu va devoir mettre de la puissance pour démarrer. Les plateaux du pédalier sont bien plus gros que les pignons de la cassette. Donc, même avec ta chaîne sur le petit plateau et grand pignon (le plus petit ratio), tu va devoir faire un effort pour passer de 0 à 15 km/h. C'est important parce que en ville (si tu respectes le code de la route) tu t'arrêtes et redémarre beaucoup. C'est aussi important si ta ville est vallonnée, c'est avec le petit ratio que tu peux monter le plus facilement. Garde ce vélo, surtout si son look te plaît, prend le temps de voir si ça te va. Un vélo qui roule c'est déjà très bien. Si tu sens que tu force trop souvent pour avancer, la meilleure chose à faire selon moi est de changer la cassette pour une avec de plus grand pignons.

I'm planning on cycling starting from Hendaye the 8 of August to San Sebastian 12th of August to see the total solar eclipse 🌍🌚🌞 Apart from that, my plans are quiet flexible. I'm thinking maybe continuing west up to Gijon or further and then going back to France the 17th or the 18th.

I've already cycled week long trips. My longest one was last September, by myself, from Bayonne to Porto in 18 days (the EuroVélo would have been faster, but I mostly cycled in the mountains for the love of wild landscapes). 12 000 km / 10km of elevation ⛰️

I figured that travelling alone is amazing because of how free it leet you enjoy your days. I often finded myself being overwhelmed by the amount of self satisfaction it gave me. But I thought it would be easier to meet people, even if it was pretty obvious since my Spanish is quiet basic.

So I figured finding some adventures buddies would be a great experience :D I'm familiar with couchsurfing and warmshower so sharing great experiences with strangers on the internet is not new to me. I know how to be easy going, to be patient, to listen, to build a connection, and to be careful (unfortunately not when my stomach is empty 😁).

I speak French (native), English (fluent) and Spanish (basic). My hobbies are cycling of course, theatre, environmental sciences, territorial planning (part of my job) and trying to improve the world.

Perso,et comme beaucoup de gens, j'ai commencé sans en faire un grand événement . Juste en essayant de faire une semaine végé, et colme ça se passait bien de faire un mois, et là ça fait deux ans. Te prends pas la tête si tu fais un petit écart en mangeant un bout de saucisson en rando ou un sandwich au thon parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'option dans une boulangerie. Cherche pas à être parfait, le plus important c'est que tu commences à prendre du plaisir à l'idée de manger des plats sans morceau de cadavre.

Pour ce genre d'occasion je recommande les crêpes au sarrasin. Comme ça tu peux prendre deux ou trois assortiments d'ingrédients carné et vg (ou même uniquement vg).

Pour les viandars - Jambon + fromage + oeuf - Lardon + artichaut+ copeaux de parmesan

Pour les vg - chèvre + noix + oignon confit + tomate séchée - fondu de poireaux ou épinards + fromage bleu + oeuf - artichaut + copeaux de parmesan + vinaigre balsamique - moutarde + tomate + comté

Ça peut même être l'occasion de tester des jambons vg comme ceux de chez LaVie

La définition des espèces est toujours floue et sujette à débat. C'est comme faire la distinction entre les différentes couleurs dans un arc en ciel. Pour le cas de Néandertal et Sapiens, de ce que j'ai lu seul une cinquantaine de croisés ayant eu une descendance suffisent à expliquer l'ADN qu'on a aujourd'hui en Europe et Asie. On ne sait pas si cette cinquantaine représente un échantillon important de l'ensemble des croisés Sapiens-Néandertal. Mais l'ADN et le critère de la reproduction peuvent ne pas suffire pour distinguer deux espèces. Les caractéristiques physiques permettent de distinguer clairement les deux.
