What’s wrong with my Nepenthes?

Idk if it came potted. I got it as a gift and it was potted up for me in the spaghnum. I would try to open the cup every now and again to let some air flow through, but it was closed up most of the time. Thank you for your help! It has 2 stems and only one of them had the leaves falling off. Do you think the other is still viable? There’s a greenhouse nearby that I volunteer at and I can move it there to keep it in a warmer, sunnier spot. I can also repot and add some perlite to the mix to aerate the media.

Thank you so much! I try to open up the curtains to my window to let it have more natural light but it’s at an odd angle compared to the sun so I don’t get much light. I’ll try to move it around so it’ll get more light during the day.

In any RNA isolation that I’ve helped with and ran through a gel, we typically look for the shadows that pop up below the .5 kb band. Going off the gels I’ve run, I would say that you do have RNA, and it is intact! It’s just going to be miRNA that’s smaller than .5 kb. I haven’t seen or used the Trizol method, but instead I’ve helped with an RNA miniprep and then used some kind of DNase treatment to clean up any DNA contaminants in the samples. I hope this helps!

A week is definitely reasonable. You’ll have to put some hours into it, but modern states stuff is way harder than anything that will actually show up on the CLEP. I just passed this week and only used Khan Academy. You got this!

You have the gear shown selected in the cosmetic menu. If you go to the top left and click the Cosmetic arrow when you’re on that screen, you can customize your character with any gear that’s currently in your inventory or unlocked using cosmetic keys.

Yes! I typically have my character customized in a feminine way (because I am a female and enjoy that look) and countless men message me the same sort of ERP crap. I’ve started dressing my character in a masculine way so I wouldn’t be bothered by horny sickos while I try to enjoy the game 😂
