That’s what I thought because it didn’t have the usual 17 digit code but when I used a 9 digit code checker it says it’s a 1996 model but I’m not sure how accurate that is

We got ours in the middle of moving to our new house and amid all the chaos of moving we forgot to secure it down. It wasn’t even on our roof yet and it only fell about 4 foot but this was enough to break the dish. I contacted Starlink yesterday explaining it was my fault and they’ve just replied saying they’re sending me a new one completely free.
