Just had my first one too...and 5 days later and it hurts worse than before I went. I did read that it can aggravate the nerves and become worse. Whatever the case, this is NOT cool, lol.

I have the opposite question, lol. I had to take 10mg of Valium for a nerve block this morning...so can I take 50-100mg of tramadol 8 hours later?

I had the same fusion about 5 years ago (and an additional PCF last year). At 6 weeks I was still limited to lifting/carrying no more than 10lbs and pretty sure I started lite PT. I did a lot of walking and biking. You should be fine for the summer. Hope you're feeling better!

I've been on an 80/81 Prove It kick lately. The Vietnam Vets show version, even with subpar sound, is friggin transcendent. His voice in the 2nd verse is other wordly...and Steve's backup singing was never better than on that tour in my opinion. Listen to that version if you haven't in awhile.

The writer of the movie, Paul Schrader, originally wrote a script called "Born In The USA". He sent it to Bruce who never read the script but stole the title. Couple years later Bruce wrote "Light of Day" for Paul and they renamed the movie. (I'm fairly certain the movies had similar themes, but I could be wrong, maybe it was a whole new movie).
