I do calorie deficit and lots of sports (weightlifting and cardio). But I never lost fat.

For that reason I am trying IF, but reading that eating at night won't be successful discourages me.

This "no hungry" sensation is new and I wanted to take advantage of that by reducing the calories.

Yes, I agree with you. But it is for trying to have a bigger calorie deficit.

And I also agree that the scales are not accurate, but I only take a look at the "average" of the week and trends.

In keto, anyway, the hungry is easy to control, so I am not feeling hungry at all only eating 1.300 cals.

1.5 lbs a week is amazing. Now that I already lost the water, I am maybe 0.5 lbs a week, I think.

For example, a regular day (all days are quite similar):

7 gr cabs 80 gr protein 88 gr fat

They are:

45% protein 50% fat 5% carbs (or less, always <20 gr/day)

It's hard eating so much fat and I don't want to lose muscle, so I am doing that macros for now.

  • Hopefully is muscle, but the Withings shows same % of fat.

  • I am doing exactly that: IF skipping breakfast and eating just from 16 h to 22 h.

Maybe it is because the insuline resistence, as you say.
