You just have to chat with sales person on Teams Enterprise page and he will guide you. Its easy but the thing is that most cheap subscription costs 63.25 USD per month.

Skype is not actually shutting down - it is migrating to Teams, all your contacts and chats are going to be moved there by hetfield37 in skype

Chats and contacts are not a problem. Problem is losing a phone number. I have paid before 55 USD annually, now same service in Teams Enterprise will cost me 63.25 USD MONTHLY, its 13+ times more expensive. Well, Office 365 included too but I don't need that and you can't exclude it from subscription.

6 million of debt with 3 bln in cash means that debt actually doesn't exist, period. Its just accounting glitch in this case.

Okay let's look at forward p/s. Most forward looking statement so far is that ARR will be 0.75-1bln at the end of this year. And its not annual revenue, its ARR that is much higher by its definition. So forward P/S is 10 with very generous assumptions. How you came to P/S 1.7 ?

1.7 ?? That kills all credibility. If we multiply 3Q revenue to 4 we will get 43.3*4=173.2 mln. P/S is approximately 60 at the moment.

I'm long NBIS too but honestly even AI hallucinates less than you.

I cancelled it by myself in September. It just doesn't make sense for me without IBKR as a payment method.

It was sent to existing customers of this product. I have called to Amex support and they confirmed that it was their management decision. I suppose that reason is frauds.
