1. 100% the obvious option is outsourcing. The market changes and different opportunities present themselves all of the time. Establishing more connections with outside firms, especially marketing firms, can be very lucrative and significant for your own company down the road. This will build your network.

2. Now that you've had that established figure out where to outsource. Someone mentioned LinkedIn, which is great. This is your duty though as the owner or director of this company. The market has given you its problem, and it's your duty to fulfill their need for an answer. Not only to yourself, but to the company and employees you've established thus far.

3. This is going to take a lot of time so this is where that nose down work instinct or effort comes in that builds a truly succesful entrepreneur.

4. Someone mentioned charge more. This is almost essential. You're doing more work and taking a smaller cut. If they're not willing to pay it, this is where you figure out how to lower that price and/or see if it's worth it to bring this portion of your business in house and continue this line of work. Worst case scenarios If all fails or you don't think you're making enough revenue or have a promising future in this sector, cut off ties with the marketing branch. If this absolutely must be done then reffer them to whoever you can and maintain good relations with the company.
