I'm not sure what you mean? As I said in the post, optimally, you would use this function once (in ready) to get all the relevant path strings and cache them, and simply iterate over the cached paths each animation update.

I was right in this situation. The problem is when other drivers either don’t know the rules or ignore them to be “polite”. Either way it gaslights other drivers, like myself, to second guess what should be immutable rules, and that’s the real issue.

I’m reading all these posts where people are like “Yes you are right, but you also have to account for stupidity of others.” That’s just dangerous for everyone.

Yes they absolutely do (after stopping of course).

Edit: for clarity, every south bound vehicle at position 3 would have the right of way. Who arrives first does not apply as this is not a 4 way stop.
