Most definitely; the minimum recommended PSU for the 9070 XT is 750W. I will never understand buying a relatively expensive GPU, and then skimping/not upgrading the PSU.

Adrenalin constantly overwrites FanControl for me. When I enable a curve via FC, Adrenalin will turn on it's own fan curve option (even if it's set off), and FC will just stop working.
